Villa Amylia is a contemporary getaway situated in the prestigious Narayan Heights Estate in North Chaweng. Blending tropical elegance with modern luxury and serene seclusion, this exclusive property offers the perfect escape for families or groups seeking a refined island retreat.

The estate comprises two beautiful villas, Villa Emerald and Villa Ruby, which together form a sprawling nine-bedroom residence. Taken together, the two villas can comfortably accommodate up to 18 adults.

The layout includes four expansive master suites, four stylish guest bedrooms, and a thoughtfully designed children’s room that encourages both rest and play. Surrounded by lush tropical foliage and sweeping sea views, the villa features saltwater infinity pools with shallow areas ideal for younger swimmers.
